Bought this machine new, has 27 hrs, 160 miles. Recently started hearing a thumping noise, sounds like something spinning on the front propeller shaft striking plastic. I hear this noise when starting from a stop and only at very low speed (all of the other rattles and mechanical noises may be drowning out the thumping as I speed up). I've removed the tunnel cover and other plastic, nothing on the shaft, however, the coupling to the front diff input shaft has some play that I had noticed a few months ago. I also removed the belt housing cover, no debris at all, belt looks good as new. I'm open to suggestions. Also, on another subject, where is a solid point to place a jack to raise the front of the machine to remove one or both front wheels without bending the frame?

New member here, with a 2020 MX also. Sounds like you checked what I would have checked...I guess as mentioned, time to take to dealer to check it out. The play would have me wondering also.

Keep us posted as to what the issue is. KD
