What is the diff between bolt on and weld on?

any advantage over the other?

Bolt on has the advantage of the ability to remove.

Cut and weld is lighter, but not easily removable. Also, I BELIEVE you will need a different shock or a 'custom mount' to run your stock shock.

Unsure on the price difference.

If all you are wanting is a +4, get the venforcer extension. If you are wanting a +6 or bigger have one made. Get with Gauge or Venforcer, they will make you an extended swingarm, they will make you a new shock mount on it also. But I highly recommend the extension, they are a very nice piece.

I don't think Ven has anymore +4 shafts, so you'd need to buy the +6 instead.

Hmmm, I see a used one available, but nothing from Ven himself in a +4. I remember he posted that the +6 is all that is available from him.

Ven can weld you up a +6 or bigger :tup: I am sure him and Gauge both could fix you up a +4 though in the welded swinger if you wanted one of them. I think they charge around $500-600 to do it. (just guessing)
