Hey Zebra, I did not have 12 v to anything but, obviously, that was because the ignition switch issue. It looks like you posted basically at the same time I posted that I had figured it out. I had checked all the fuses with my meter and since, when I switched the relays nothing changed I was fairly sure it wasn't the relay. With out a wiring diagram it was going to be tricky to figure out that's for sure. I really appreciate your thoughts, input and persistence ... mucho thanks!
