I have replaced ignitor, Battery, belt and checked the system over. Cannot get the belt light to reset. When resetting light the light will flash quickly for 2 sec and then turn slow without disconnecting the 2 pin connector. Only getting a reading of .5 volt on the brown wire and no voltage on the blue and white on with the connection not connected. also tried swithing the engine brake acutaor with the 4 wheel drive one seeing they are the same acutaors. Still no change in voltage or system problems. Any idea's?

Did you reset the switch in the belt housing ? The one that trips to tell you there's a problem with your belt ??? It usually only trips if you shred one or something though...

Reset............

Maybe you missed something. Try this again.......Hope you get it fixed!

OK
First..........

Turn off the ignition switch. Remove the seat

Disconnect both sets of 4 pin connectors in the electrical
parts case.
Reconnect these 4 pin connectors to their opposite gray
to black and black to gray.
Turn on the ignition switch. Observe the belt check indicator light. It should be flashing quickly.

Disconnect the belt switch at the 2 pin connectors
above the torque converter cover. (Not the actuator connection.)

Observe the belt check indicator light.
It should be flashing slowly.
Let it flash for at least five seconds.

While observing the belt check indicator light, turn off the
ignition switch.
Disconnect the mismatched 4 pin connector sets and reconnect
them normally. (Black to black, gray to gray)

Connect the belt switch 2 pin connector .

Turn on the ignition switch. Confirm that no belt check indicator light is flashing. Put the connectors back where they go ............put on your seat and ride ride ride.........

Thanks for everyones help but I have found the problem and it is related to the wiring harness. In the harness there is a power cluster, where 3 leeds go into and feed all power to the bike. This cluster is located near the rear of the harness on top of the gas tank. It is in a spot where it will hold ALL water and mud. Therefore being just a corosion nightmare. This block rotted and resulted in the cooling fan, engine break, belt light, computer boxes and all other parts of the bike that are powered by voltage to start acting up and eventually quit. If anyone has problems with parts if the bike acting up and being intermintate then this is the place to look. Not an expensive fix but time consuming. Once repaired the bike works like a charm. Thanks again to all hope this experience can help some others when in need.
