hello again from montana. this site is very helpful so i got another question. i want to lift my bayou 400 but not sure how good the High Lifter kits are or if i should just get longer shocks? and if i lift it with kit what size larger tires can i get with stock rims? fronts are 24x8x11 and rear is 24x10x11. thanks guys
I just put the Highlifter kit on my 95 Bayou. I also added 26" (stock Teryx) tires. Didn't need the lift or wheel spacers. But I wanted the extra size. I let the stock shock down halfway in its spring height. I don't like the angle of the drive shafts. Not a lot of extension left. I was wondering if aftermarket front shafts would give me a little more CV joint movement/clearence.
Stock Teryx tires and rims on Ebay for $250 shipped.
