They are M8x1.25 thread but why don't you just have the dealer order the OEM studs? They usually only take a 2-3 days to get parts... at least here anyway.

 

yeah i might have to do that was hoping to get something by the weekend at an auto parts store if not i have some extras from the other motor to hold me over... seems dealers around me only do 1 order a week so it takes forever for anything to come in you have it made down there

 

You go to a parts store anymore and the only way they can look stuff up is by make and model. And its gotta be for a street driven vehicle.

If you dont have that then the shit isnt in stock. lol



I remember going to the parts store as a kid with my Dad and everything being much different.



I had to order studs a bout 2 years ago, i ended up just going into my local kawie dealer. They had them in stock. Ran me $4 and some change or something, maybe cheaper.

 

Alright I picked up some studs you guys usually loctite these in the head or just screw them in and let them be?

 

Antiseeze.

I use SS socket head bolts instead of studs. Much easier to get an allen socket next to the header than a 13mm.
