i took the time :)confused:) to put together a list of all the bbk engine sizes that i could figure up. i realize that some of these engine combos are only hypothetical so be easy on the comments, also note that in some instances there are multiple ways to get the same displacement. this list was intended to be used as a reference only.

* i got all my information on the crank and piston sizes from the forum, so if any dimension is wrong then i apologize but i was only working from what i saw posted on different threads, so basically if its on this list then i saw that dimension SOMEWHERE on the forum. :D the different colored sections are catagorized by different crank sizes, then starting from the smallest availible piston size and working to the largest i could find i listed the different engine combinations. enjoy

Volume of a cylinder = pi r2 h x2 ( number of cylinders )
Type 1 crank from 650 = 63mm
Type 2 crank from 700 and 750 cc motors = 66mm
Type 3 crank from bbk = 72mm
Type 4 crank from bbk = 73.5mm

650 stock cylinders=80mm
700 stock cylinders=82mm
750 stock cylinders=85mm

sorry bout that skip :D, it looks alot cleaner on my original copy here at the house. forum wouldnt let me attach a microsoft word document, so i had to copy and paste the whole thing.:rolleyes:

yea glad you guys see how much work went into making this thing. lost count of the hours after the third night staying up til 2:30 a.m.

Why is there only a couple of them shown for the 700cc with over bore? I only see 715 & 730?

because im assuming that for anything over those bores ( using the 66mm crank ) you would just use brute 750 cylinders. both the 700s and the 750s have the same crank size so you reach a point on the bore where your 700 would run into and become a 750. also bear in mind that im not entirely sure how far you can bore 700 cylinders before you need to re-sleeve them.
