Bed Lift Installation on a 2022 Kawasaki Mule Pro-FX EPS

Good afternoon,
I just purchased a bed lift kit KAF080-002 for my new mule. After reading through the instructions, I understand the bottom mount, (I THINK) I understand the top mount. What I don't seem to understand (after spending time trying different locations, the other upper mount appears to be placed on the opposite side of the bed (rt side) for the purpose of what (keeping the bed staight)??? I would have thought it should be attached on the other side of the rail from the upper cyl mount (left side)
Can someone verify the location on the rt side?
Thanks,
Bob

Thank you, I saw these earlier, but looking again, I did see the upper piece mounted on the opposite side of the lift.
Thanks Again,
Bob
I think it makes the most sense for the whole unit to be on the same side
There is no possible way for the other bracket to mount on the same side, that's what through me off, after trying to find where it was to go with the cut-out for the frame, it can only go on the opposite side of the bed. I am guessing it is to support the bed from twisting. I will post pics when I am done so hopefully anyone can install this with "Ease" (Ha,Ha)
That third picture sure looks like it is all mounted on the same side

Here are some new pics: Wheel well cutout, relay mounting, opposite side bracket, ram bracket and ram mounting. I hope this helps someone; I also rewired the switch to the dash alongside the other switches.

If you look close at the other side, you can see the bracket....

After the installation which I am happy about, the speed at which it raises and lowers the bed is awfully slow. I am used to a 1991 Cushman with an actual hydraulic ram which operates at twice the speed.

A lot of those electric rams are slow and it is one of the reasons I don't use one for raising and lowering my snowplow

I emailed KYB to see if they made one with s faster speed and here is their response "The mini-motion package is a proprietary item that is not sold direct to the public or through distribution. Each unit is intended to meet the OEM specifications and is not adjustable "
Just an FYI
I installed the bed lift on our FX LE last week. The instructions state the installation should take 90 minutes. I am courious as to how long it took you to do the install? I admit that I suffer with OCD so I expect things to take me a little longer since I want it perfect, but it took me about 7 hours to complete. I did add a switch on the dash also as well as the one in the fender, but that did not take long to do.
I am also OCD, so it took me a day or so. I wanted to ensure all I was doing was correct. I also made up a wire loom to mount the switch on the dash next to the other toggle switches. I also did not like the way the relays were wired so I purchased the plugs and rewired the plugs instead of individual wires on the relay.
