Belt light and FI flashing

I have aan 08 brute 750i. the belt light and FI light began flashing around the same time. The machine also runs poorly. I have reset the belt light, but the FI wont reset. How can I diagnose w/o bringing to dealer? Thanks

You need a service manual to show you how to go into diagnostic mode.

Look at all your FI connectors and clean them then use di-electric grease

Mine was the TPS connector was loose
