I’ve got a 2008 750 and a the solenoid on the belt cover is making a loud grunt noise when the atv revs down and I’m experiencing a loss of power from 20-30 mph. It will start sputtering and I can’t give it much throttle. The belt light never comes on and I’ve taken the cover on and off a few times to double check and everything looks good. Not sure where to look next. Thanks for any help.

The last time I was out riding, my fuel pump stopped feeding the carbs, and I heard a loud noise from the belt cover like the clutch pulleys locked up on the belt. Not sure if you are going through the same thing, but it sure sounds like your fuel pump going bad. Also open up the belt cover, and check the belt tension and pulleys. You may also have a actuator going bad on the belt cover.
