I dont want to sound like a smartass, but check the wiring. I bought an 02 honda cbr with a "bad" guage cluster, which was LCD. I pulled it all apart and found that it was unpulged.
Blank LCD screen on speedo
I have a 2002 Kawasaki Prairie 650 I'm working on and my problem is that I get nothing on the LCD display. With the key on or when it's driving it's just a blank screen. Where should I look to fix this problem. The only thing that does work is the neutral light. No fuel level, speedometer, or odometer. Thanks for the help.

Have you also checked the fuses?
There are already people who suggested you a lot of things if nothing works show it to good mechanic.
I checked the fuses, and pluged and unpluged the plugs and everything looks in order...Thanks...
Could just be a bad display, I have seen this happen on many hondas. If everything else still works normaly I would say it is just the display. I might have one for sale, Have to make sure it works first.
