Brute force burning out 4wd actuators

Hi,
I have a 05 Brute force and the 4wd 2wd is switching back and forth in .5 sec intervals. I Believe this means the 4wd actuator is bad.
So I then Swapped out the actuator from my 03 Prairie 360 and the light went off. So I then tried to take it for a ride and the first time I went to switch it to 4wd it started to blink again. I put the motor back on my prairie 360 and now the belt light is blinking on it.
The 4wd actuator Does move as it should when you turn the key off, on both the brute and the prairie. I also swapped the 4wd box under the seat of the brute with no luck. Any help would be very much appreciated.

actuator

You may just need to service the actuator on the brute or it could be several things you need to check............and on the praire just do the belt reset .........it should be ok.........

I've tried to repair them many times and they just end up failing. do the relay mod, ditch the KEBC. it sucks anyway and wears the clutch out 2x faster

OK Thanks for the vid. I'm a moron, I did not realize you had to mark where the end cover goes. I had swapped it out to check the the one on the brute.
I tried the 3 combinations and on the last try It works fine.

Yes.........its an electric motor.........it has to be in time........so to speak.............

my actuator as power but the wires to the computer isn't working can this be fixed? and if so what have i got to do?
