Battery was dead on 2007 bf 750boosted it ran fine. Put new battery in won't run even with booster put old dead battery back in boost it and machine will run. Any ideas

Did you fully charge that new one? Sounds like its bad. Id do a voltage check and a voltage drop check with the new one while cranking it over to see what you get to start. New batteries do need to be charged up as they typically been sitting on a shelf somewhere or if its a you add the acid type then it definitely needs to be charged before use.
