Got a 2005 Bruteforce 650 took it out for a snow ride after sitting for a couple months and it wouldnt stay running.
took it 5mins down the trail at half choke on the gas all the time or it dies, and then the belt light came on went in limp mode.
starts fine with full choke but will not idle with the choke in any position
havent checked anything yet is this a carb problem or something else.
if its not running right will it go into limp mode, thought limp mode was only for a belt problem
also the 2wd 4wd light was flashing back and forth
seems like i got a bunch of problems all at once, any help would be great

I would imagine those are two separate problems.

Sounds like carb issues. Need to check see if any hoses have fallen off the carb or got chewed through by a rodent. Kind of sounds like a vacuum leak.

check all hoses and carb connections, everything looks fine all attached and in good condition.
any one have a service manual
