Is there anyway to reset or fix a cam chain tensioner?

Can you find a link to that? I cant find it.
He had problems and lost alot of info. I posted a ? in the tech section to see if it would ressurect anything.
Better yet, I would rather have a Manual tensioner. The ones from a Ninja look the same. Wonder which one would bolt up to the Mojo?
