i saw one of those on ebay when the 86 tecates were bring big bucks but the converted one only sold for like $900-$1700

I just thought that was a super rare peice of Tecate History that should be preserved or better restored and preserved for special occasion rides :D

yea they are very rare if i found one around me for sale id jump right on it.

So what front end geometry did they use for these kits, and where would you get ball joints or spindles or front plastics?

Just curious, I'm not old enough to be familar with these kits. :D

My guess is you wont find the plastics.... ball joints and tie rod ends wouldnt be impossible... and the geometry... your guess is as good as mine lol.

Ya I saw one on a Tri Z this last summer in Longveiw for sale. I think he only wanted like $800 for it. They also made them for the 250R as well.
