Just picked up an 03 Prairie 650 today, after changing the battery, putting in fresh fuel, checking levels it fired right up with no issues after resetting the belt light.
How ever after I shut it down there is a clicking sound coming from a solenoid on the right side of the engine, maybe every 8 seconds or so. I searched the site and found it might be the 4 wheel drive actuator, sound about right?

Thanks for the help in advance

Might be. Have a look at your KEBC actuator on the top of your CVT cover as well. See if the sound is coming from there. Easiest way to check it is place your hand on the actuator after you turn off your bike as you will be able to feel it click. Do the same with the solenoid on the front diff for your 4x4.

Ya, I have a delete kit on my Brute as well. Very easy to install. I took all the guts out of the cover as well. If they don’t do anything anymore, might as well get rid of it.
