hey ive read a couple of sigs on here and they say the have a cooling fan switch! im wondering how this works, what will i get from it and what if i forget to turn it on while riding? i know the cooler the bike the better it will run! do i leave it on the whole time of riding or what? just need some general info on how why and what to do so i dont mess it up!!! thanks

it's not a on/off switch. it is a auto/manual switch. i use mine to keep engine air moving in hot weather. it keeps engine and my legs cooler. If water in radiator leaks out termo switch in radiator will not turn fan on when engine is hot. switch to manual and fan cools till fixed. you need to find two wires going to termo switch and put switch inbetween two wires without undoing thermo wires(splice wires). when turned on your in manual. off your in auto.
