I'm using Easton EXP handlebars and if I keep the shifter on the handlebars I only have about 4" of bar for the grip on the left side. If I use ODI Rogue Lock On grips will this be enough bar for the grip. I'm guessing the grip will end up sticking out abut 2" past the end of the handlebar. Is this ok ? Thanks.

No, both lock rings for the ODI's have to be clamped to the bar. Only using one will let the grip pop out and fall off.
I use a motion pro on my fly bars, and an odi on the left with just a rubber odi on the right held on with hairspray. It aint came off yet...and its been through the wet ringer
