Its a brute sra and a hmf penland pro. I cant seem to get the front headpipe into the muffler. It goes about 1/8 inch and then its really really tight. Think im ganna remove a little material with a sanding drum inside the muffler portion. Anyone got any other ideas???

I installed the swamp series on my '09 750 and I experienced the same thing. Took it off and used steel wool to clean up the end of the stock pipe, used a little wd-40 inside of the new muffler and it slid on easily.

Did you whisper sweet nothings in its ear and /or was there enough foreplay? :p JK. Seriously though, I did the exact same thing as redlined on my Prairie. It'll go just a little help is required that's all. Good luck and enjoy the roar!
