I know there are many many mules out there, so why can i not find anyone who has had the same problem with their mule, to share the fix for mine.
1997 2500 new thermostat new radiator new water pump flushed lines using 55 psi, will not stop overheating.
it must be in the block, anyone willing to share thoughts, feel free.
Thanks

hi
no, it is a freash rebuild that was over heating before as well as after. I have checked oil, no signs of water.
thanks

Have you bled the air out of the system?

Yep, next thing to check is to see if the fan is working properly.

I'm curious, (and grasping at straws) Pull the spark plug out and see what color the electrode area is.... if an engine is running lean it can cause it to run hot.
also, what kind of coolant are you using?

Okay, light brown is just about perfect.
It's a real head scratcher for sure....
