Just rebuilt my carb. on a 2003 Kawasaki Bayou 250, I need some technical support on adjusting the pilot air screw and idol screw on that carburetor . my pilot air screw is between the air box and the carburetor . Can anyone tell me when you screw it in how many times you back it out on the pilot air screw and about how many rpms is recommended on the idling screw? I'm new on here , any help would be highly appreciated. When you give it throttle its bogging out.

Hi mate, I know it’s been a while since you posted this question but thought I’d respond anyway! The pilot screw on that carb should be screwed all the way in and then either 1 and a half or 2 and a half turns out (depending on which model you have).
The idle should be set to 1400rpm.
