I replace the carburetor on my 2003 Kawasaki KFX 400 it starts right up but idles extremely high I tried adjusting the idle screw and I get no respons.

Why did you replace the carb?
Did you put an identical factory carb back on?
And as above, make sure the cable isn't too tight.
