When it hasn't been started at all, cold, fresh. It doesn't do it every time either.
Oh boy...its either way over filled with oil or the carb is overfilling and running down into the cylinder and into the crankcase.. or...its getting coolant in the oil from a possible blown head gasket. Does it smell like gas? Does the oil look kinda normal or kinda milky gray? If it's milky-gray...it means a full rebuild now as the bearings are very damaged.

No, the oil looks just fine and it doesn't smell like gas...
