May need help!

Well guys I might need some help from my usual friends on here, I've just discovered that Sotiriou Kawasaki which is the only Kawy dealer on the Island has shut  I've been told the shop is stripped bare, I'm hoping its just for relocation but as yet I can't find any details.

So what I could do with is one of you to get me a couple of bits and get them sent to me, I need a new belt obviously genuine and I believe John said the new ones are better not sure why, so the later belt would be preferable, I also need two friction plates for the rear brake.

Any help guys would be appreciated as always ;)

Thanks Dave, if you could just find a price on the belt and friction plates and let me know that would be great, I've found that Chaplins Kawasaki sell the belts on ebay for $64.95 which sounds cheap and they also ship worldwide so I'm going to shoot them a mail to see if they can also get the two friction discs, however I'd still appreciate if you coud get me a price as well
Andy, I could not get the belts that cheap, that I know. But I will check on the brake stuff and belts as well. Kawi shop is not open till Tuesday.

Cheers mate, there's no rush, it's just that if I start racing it would be a great help in being able to slow the bike down a little going into the bends :lol::lol::lol:
I'm not good enough for you anymore??? LOL :p

You know you are :D however I always keep you and a certain gentlemen who I bought my engine bits off in reserve because I know I only have to ask but don't like to impose too much :)
Andy: I can get the belt for $82.00 and the friction plates are $29.11each. Don't now shipp;ing yet. Have not been able to get down to Fedex or UPS yet.

Dave bit slow but only just spotted this, don't worry about going to Fedex I think I've got it sorted, the belt I will get from chaplins for $64.95 I think their shipping was only about $15 so that's a great deal.
As for the discs I've found out yesterday having searched high and low that my Kawy dealer (the only one here) has simply re-located, the discs from there are 27 Euros each which is more expensive than there but by the time shipping's been taken into account there'd be very little in it.

BIG thanks for your time and trouble though and if you ever need anything from this way maybe a bucket of sand  you only need to ask.

Must say a special thanks to a certain Mr Monkey he made me an awesome gesture as he does with many on here but I thought I'd bank that favour from him until a later date :D Thanks Tom, really appreciate it

Thanks again Dave :)

No prob Andy, I thought you would have a better deal with that ebay route, glad you found your Kawie dealer, that makes things a lot eazier for future purchases. I'll hold off on the sand for now!!:D

Cheers
