I would think someone higher up the chain with more knowledge should handle that, I just wanted to give a heads up on what happened to me. |
Can you send me the link to order the replacement engine? Ours blew the head gasket and trashed the engine. Thanks JimmyHe’ll probably
Can you give me the link to the alibaba. All I see is 800CC for a John Deere gator. Kawasaki claims 812CC Deere claims 825CC and china says 800CC? Just want to be sure I'm getting the right one. I cant seem to see any links.Replacement engine update. I went straight to the engine manufacturer in China. The replacement long block for the KHI product cost $650.00. This included block, head, timing belt, cover, water pump, oil filter, oil pan along with intake and exhaust gaskets. I swapped over the fuel injection, exhaust manifold, drive pulley, flywheel, starter, alternator, belt and various brackets. All very straight forward if you have the ability and tools. I ordered the engine on 9-24, it went into production 9-25 and shipped 9-26. I received the engine by Fedex Freight on 10-6. The new engine is now installed and running great. Shipping from China cost $625.00 to my door. You will need a forklift to unload. A real easy process and so much cheaper than factory or rebuilders. It started right up and so far I am very happy with it at $1275.00 delivered!
Try asking a dealer, they should know, Mine was done by kawasaki in AZ. Even if you act like your going to buy one and get the details, then do it on your own.Can you give me the link to the alibaba. Is there any way you could point me in the right direction on who, where and how to order a Kawasaki mule pro fxt motor from the factory in China? Thank you very muchReplacement engine update. Old thread, I know. But, "no oil"? Well, I GUESS that might cause a problem. My engine blew because the ranch hand was able to drain the oil, but somehow forgot to replace it.
Hey, I have the same problem. I have a couple questions.Hi all, I've got a 2015 PRO FXT gas with a ruined engine that needs to be replaced (it cannot be rebuilt, trust me!). A replacement long block from Kawi is $6K so that's not an affordable option. I can remove and replace the engine myself. I have seen rebuilds on Fleabay for $2.5K. I also see the original engine being sold direct from China for about $600 (+600 shipping or so). Has anybody replaced their engine and used a rebuilder or shipped one in from China? And if so, what has been your experience?
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
I am in a hell of a learning curve! I have a 3010 mule not a mule pro! But I still need a replacement engine. This is not mine, but is listed for sale near me if anyone is interested. Log in or sign up to view
If it's not blown have nFlow re manufacture it. It will be better then factory and come with a great warranty. These guys do it right. You just have to do the R&R. Heck I think they even pay the shipping back to you.My engine is a FD620d. Maybe someone can help me with that!
What was the site for that motor? I have one I bought that overheated and will need a motor soon. Thank kyle [email protected]Replacement engine update.
