my front diff is started to be lazy shifting into 4wd. so im thinking im looking at a new or a good actuator. I rebuilt my diff last summer, all new bearings, and seals, and a new locker unit. but now like i said its shifting in lazy. before it would shift in fast only the normal one clunk. now i get a couple of clunks before it locks in. meaning to me the motor is shifting slow. ill check deeper into the problem. but still like to get another actuator unit.
