We had some calls and E mails about what cam is best for what the last couple days and instead of explaining it to others in E mail or phone calls as we have several Trail/Race and several Race cams here is the basic's of our more popular cams.

-3TR Crazy bottom and mid range power but flatten out on top after 70+ MPH Teryx and 80+MPH Brute and V.
Best for smaller bore's, ideal for mud and trail riding when your not concerned about crazy topend.
-5TR A little less bottom, same mid and more topend.
Best for the same as above but when you want to pull hard 75+MPH in Rex and high 80's into the 90's MPH Brute and V.

-2 Race Higher lift, works well in small and big bores with bigger carbs/throttle bodies and head work as well as bigger motors with stock carbs/throttle bodies.

-4 Race Big motors, especially with big heads and carbs/throttle bodies.
To run these cams in small bores, you need heads and carbs/throttle bodies to support 10,000+ RPM and they are BIG and 272 deg duration at 0.050"
Thanks,
Ray

grind 775 the best for trail
No not really, that was one of our old, OLD cams when the lobe centers weren't quit right. They made a little more higher RPM power over our new -3 TR but A LOT less low and mid.
They make less peak power then our new -5 TR still with a lot less low and mid.

There was a time many years ago when that was thhe best high HP cam, but that was a long time ago, LOL
