It's for a pair.
BTW - Orange is faster

The CF1R hiper wheels are crap. I hear the brake very easily. I almost bought a set of these in orange, they do make orange by the way. I ended up getting the Tech 3's single lock front and dual lock rears. Paid like $650 for the entire set.
