any reviews?

i think im gonna go for it. i actually enjoy heavy workouts but hate wasting time driving back and forth to the gym, and even worse to the MMA workouts 35 min away.

I looked into it. From what I read on line its geared towards poeple already in good shape looking for something to push them a little farther
One phrase. It works.

I was doing the P90 which is the easier version of the 90x. It still killed me. Lost 20lbs in 3 months. Stronger, and more flexible. My back pain went away completely.

Beware. If you have bad knees I would be very careful and modify some of the exercises. Thats what ended the program for me.
I know 3 people who bought it and quit within 3 weeks.
I wish I could have stayed with it. Hammered my knees bad.

Takes very little time, can do it in your own house, isnt boring.

Swimming laps is soooooooo boring and time to and from pool + hr. in the pool.
If anyone wants the full DVD set of P90X, let me know.
I am a PT, it does work but you shouldn't take it lightly. It's intense. Even the plyometric sequences are intense.
Is this going to become a bidding war???
Oh well.. ya know

I also have the dvd's. Shoot me a p.m maybe we can work somethin out. If interested..
Some of the yoga poses just kill you. You are using only the weight of your body. That warrior pose is tough.
Hah, no. Mine are burnt dvd's, I didn't want to put that out there but oh well. I didn't make them. :)
Me either. Right now all 45gb (or more) of the DVD files are sitting on one of my hard drives. ;)
How much you guys looking to get out of your complete sets? Losing 15-20lbs may make me a .10 faster...:D Probably be the hardest .10 I have picked up though...:(

too tough, i say just slap a turbo on your quad. same results but in the end its alot funner and the effects are long lasting. :D
so this is something that comes on a DVD????

I can lay in bed with a bowl of ice cream and watch them
I am supposed to be getting the P90X from my cousin here in a few days. I am gonna give it a try I think. I am trying to cut down alittle on weight. I have slowed my eating down alot, pretty much just 3 meals with a few snacks here and there and I have been walking/running about 2-4 miles a day. So far has been 3 weeks, I have cut down around 17 lbs. I have heard the P90X is a insane workout though but they say it works wonders.

I am not sure really what to ask for the full set. It is a set of 13 DVD's plus some files that I would have to put on an additional CD that would have all have to be burned.

 I am lucky if I eat 2 meals a day with no snacks!
I used to only eat 2 meals (no breakfast) but now have started eating breakfast, small lunch and less for dinner also, I usually eat an apple around 2-3 pm for snack.
I have had 2 friends buy it did it for about 2 weeks done
