So I’m getting closer to getting my basket case prairie 360 running again, thanks everyone for the help! I took the carb off and cleaned it really good, it was covered in a green coating inside so I bought a Shindy carb kit and used the pilot jet and main jets and a few other parts (The pilot jet was so green I couldn’t get the small hole unplugged), put it together with a new fuel filter and it fires right up, reved and idled fine for a minute or so then started popping randomly through the carb. It still revs up well and idles good 90 percent of the time but has the random popping. I used the new spring washer and rubber washer for the air fuel screw and set it to 2 turns out. Do you think it need to be turned out farther? I’m a carb newbie but learning.

Forgot to mention it has a new spark plug and I adjusted the intake valve to .13mm and the exhaust to.20mm, air filter is old but looks clean, possibly needs to be re oiled, some areas dry.
