My 02 prairie started great in warmer weather. Is this machine cold blooded? I have full choked to start but needed to take choke off right away. Now at 20 deg-f it can not get enough choke. Is this normal?

I have an 07 360 Prairie.....and it is very cold blooded. The sad part is I live in GA and doesn't get extremly cold here, but it can sometimes be a pain to start.....and once started it needs its warming up time or it runs like crap til it warms up good.
