Didn't realize they had less inventory, although come to think of it, I remember an article that said Lincoln was trying to avoid laying people off for awhile, so if they cut production, maybe there's some pent up demand. I would say P360 values have risen for "nice" machines. I'm seeing 4k to 4.5k pretty often as an asking price-where that would have been 3.5 to 3.8 couple years ago. It's funny how if the carb needs some work, then you can pick one up for 2k. Don't know if there is really a "collectible" quad, but I think P700 Team Green Spec Edition would be the top contender in that bracket.

I'm getting a kick out of watching what's going on with these "collectible" 3-wheelers. A guy I know in South Dakota has a collector grade 350X at Mecum in Glendale on the block right now. And this ATC185 is out of New Mexico-the guy says he will also have a 200S coming up. They say guys who wanted one when they were new are now fulfilling that delayed ambition. It's entertaining at least....when does the boom end?

Thought I'd post some pics of recent progress I have made to my Prairie. I joined this Forum a while back when I bought this '03 Prairie, read some great threads, now I've done just a few mods recently so I thought I'd share. I added a VFJ clutch kit, 2" lift, and new 27" ITP Mud Lite II tires. I've been real happy so far. Let me know what you all think!

Honda ATC 110 Test


I picked this one up for Doug a few years ago while I was in SLC.
I never did ask him how much he paid for it.

Kenny, thanks for posting that video from ATVTV. Is that Doug in the video? 'Cause I have watched enough of his stuff, to know that voice immediately. Did you get to take that one for a spin? I think they are a lot of fun.

The 110 seems to be relatively scarce in the Honda's. Equivalent to my KLT 110. Honda had such a lineup, from those little 70's and 90's on up. A few years ago, he might've paid same as new but probably not even that. The one that just sold for 12,000 would have been about 1200 new.

Once in awhile I see a bargain, but they don't last. There was a very nice Yammy 225DX in that light blue in Riverton on ksl.com. 2500. Sold within 3 hours. That Team Green P700 is up tomorrow. 3900 so far, interested to see final price.

Latest Honda trike sold today at 7400.00 So now there's an 84 ATC 125M just started today on BaT. And a 200S is coming up. Guess the hits just keep on coming until they don't.

And then I ran Hell's Revenge. I was the only atv on that trail the entire day.

And then I ran into the Epic 4x4 Adventures Super Moab Buggy in the parking lot. Got to chat with the owner for awhile about it. Totally custom built from the ground up in house in Moab. Ls6 engine producing 650 hp and 600 ftlbs of torque. Seats 6 including the driver. 4 wheel steering to huge Mickey Thompson 54" tires that cost $1,200 each. 2000 man/hours in fabrication and welding, and $160,000 in parts for a grand total of $360,000!
Can run the class 9 rated trail Pritchett Canyon up and back in half the time it takes a built Jeep just to go up.
They also have a fleet of 12 KRX1000 with 35" tires, and 4 Can Am X3 four seaters. He said the Kawie's are hands down the best SXS for rock crawling they've ever had. No issues at all, and they can do every trail in Moab with them. The only reason they bought the Can Ams was because they needed some 4 seater.
Kind of some cool info from a guy who runs these crazy trails every single day for 10 months straight.

Your P700 always looks good. You take great care of him. Like the photos, too. I have stayed in Moab tons with my work but have not gotten off the beaten track.

That guy has pretty stiff investment to recoup, but if he's doing tours, he will probably make it back fine. I know the family that owns Canyonlands By Night and they do some of that SXS and rock climber vehicle tour business as well as the jet boats. I think they are one of the smaller entities in the adventure tour biz. Looks like nice weather too and not crowded.

Not a Kawie, but speaking of self-built vehicles, you guys might get a kick out of this one...I was checking BringATrailer to see what's up on the current trike auction and here's this must have item:

V8 Powered, and love the CherryBomb side pipes. Not a lot of ground clearance and depending on how you feel about traction, could be either hairy or fun. In Wyoming, if you put headlights and a brake/tail light on, you could get license plates for that baby, however, finding insurance might be more difficult. This is what happens when engineers have too much time on their hands. I guy in L.A. keeps coming up with this crazy stuff-I don't know how he finds it all-wish I could do that for a living-last time I think he was selling a fully operational Army tank.

In an auction today for this KFX700....thanks to rubiranch and kickstart for this problem (oops, I mean planting the idea something other than p360 might be interesting.) Been looking around at KFX700's. This is Ritchie Bros auction today in Las Vegas. I want the green one (a 2008). Green one is all stock except HMF muffler. Red (a 2009) is modified. Both are now at 3750 and with 10% buyer's fee, over 4 grand, with an hour to go. So I'm out. Was hoping it would stay under the radar....

Just ended. Green one sold for 4400.00 incl buyers fee, and red one sold for 4125.00 incl buyers fee, seconds later. Don't know if ID #s are unique or different ones for different auctions. If unique, then same person bought both.
