Hey wanted to share my build with you guys. here is pics and part list of the turbo build. Runs amazing this is how this bike should be factory.
Video is my wife driving so she’s a little nervous to actually step on it but I think you can tell.
Still only running 5psi plan is to be at 10 by the time it’s done.
at 5 psi should be around 70-75hp
It will do 0-rev limiter in 12 seconds with 30” tires and full windshield.

GT1241 turbo (smart car) (water cooled)
Custom manifold
Custom exhaust
Universal muffler
Adjustable rising rate fuel regulator
New fuel line (original one is now a return line)
162cc injectors
Walbro 255lph fuel pump
Mini Cooper intercooler
Epman blow off valve
Coil on spark plug conversion (not in pic) (Ford)
One step colder NGK plugs
Oil filter sandwich plate for oil feed(Honda civic)
Oil returns to pan.
Water feed comes from the thermostat sandwich plate.

Yeah the rev limiter is set pretty low. I can still only hit 46mph but from 0-46 is is a lot faster and I can actually hit the limiter now. pulling hills is what I was the most concerned with.

Did you do anything to adjust the amount of fuel being delivered? Just curious if the motor went lean with the turbo setup.

You said the oil filter sandwich plate was from a Honda Civic. Is that stock part? or where did you get it?
You also said the water came from the thermostat sandwich plate. where did you get that?
Part numbers would be even better
Thanks Kevin

Oils filter plate is an aftermarket one from eBay for a Honda Civic.
thermostat housing is a heater feed line. I make a heater feed and return line kit that gives a coolant source

Just curious, how much would you say all this cost and time to do. Thinking this might help some of the people saying it doesnt have enough power going up hill.
