that sounds about right, mine does 74 with the VDI and 26" Gators on stock chrome wheels.
Running good or not
I have a stock 650i with just a dynatek and 27" swamplites with 14" rims. I ran 67mph on gps. Does that sound about right or should it run better? How much do you think the tires hurt the speed?
