I registered the UTV, and so am allowed to go wherever i'm legally allowed. Did some searching, and happened to come across the Crawford County Ridge Runners ATV/UTV Club. That club, and adjacent clubs in Wisconsin, have done a great job providing riders with maps and online map tools to show where you're legally are allowed to ride.

Amazing resource. Am hoping to see more of them, just hesitant about it being only Facebook :-/ But, i'll find a way to get in touch with them.

Next project will be to figure out how i can get this on a portable GPS, so that i don't need an active cellphone / data connection ;-)
