If you have not done the plug boot mod you need the cr7e resistor plug. If so, use the cr7eb non resistor.

The CR7E vs CR7EB is not resistor vs non-resistor. They are identical except the CR7EB already has the correct tip for the boots used with the plug wire mod.

Interesting, I always get the eb's because they are actually a tad cheaper at Advance and I dont have to mess with the tips.

I found the same thing and I like the solid tip rather than a threaded on aluminum piece. I think they are a common plug for motorcycles.
