the first obvious downside of this is it looks very top-heavy. when loaded down it wouldnt be very practical on tight, technical, or very steep trails. plus it sticks out like a sore thumb so trails that dont have alot of height clearance would also be a problem.

the overhead canopy and the way you could use it as a sleeping area look pretty cool, but i'd be worried about falling out in the middle of the night.

for me personally i really only see practical use around the farm where speed, cornering or hills wouldnt be a problem.

I understand your concern regarding the problem with the height of the atv rack hitting the forest, but you can easily adjust it by moving the bar up and down. Check out this website: Check out the Gear Gator Video! It shows you how you can have heavy objects on the atv and it isn't top heavy. Fishers' ATV World has already tried it out with heavy objects in terrain.

Thanks for the feedback guys I really appreciate it.
