i have a 2020 BF 750i bought at the end of Jun. as everyone knows as soon as there is the slightest amount of mud or dirt the radiator plugs up and the machine starts to overheat.

I want to put a radiator relocation kit on it and when I talked to my only kawasaki dealer within 400 miles they said the machine would not be covered under warranty. has anyone else came across this and will adding a relocation kit actually void the warranty?

Welcome to the forum. Post pics of your new bike. I would imagine they are correct. Ive never had my radiator clogged before but I dont swamp mine and we dont see much mud.

Tell your dealer to fix the machine so it will not overheat so easily.
I do not have those issues on my 05 750.

a few weekends ago i too off the front plastics and fan and really got the water hose after it and took cap off ran it to temp and until tbe fan cycled on and off three times. i did get some air out of the system, i am hoping that was all it was. i had surgery on my elbow last month and have not been on a long enough ride to see how it will do.

i uploaded a pic of my machine on my avatar.
