Who Modifies Swingarms?

Bolt on or welded?

Welded is cheaper but with that short of one you will need a custom shock
guage or Venforcer

We have a guy that does really nice welded in Oregon. If you want a bolt in (which I recommend for a 4or 6") Just call ven. His stuff is really nice and you dont have to build a drive shaft. I have both and Ven's stuff is really nice.

I myself only have the 4" VEN, but mine's just a blue collar bike anyway.

Back to the subject. If you only want a 4 inch extended swingarm, there is really only one option - Venforcers Bolt In.

whats the shortest extended swingarm that can be made? could you get a +2 swing arm?

That is a very good idea! If you extended the brake shaft, couldn't you make any length welded extension (from +1 to +whatever) and use the stock length shock? You'd just have to move the shock mounts. Hmmm!
