Isn’t that the oil pressure sensor switch. I think it’s the black rubber boot under there. You can see it in your picture.

Get your soldering iron out and solder it back on there.

think it had a ring terminal originally, i would get a new one, crimp and solder the connector if you want to be able to remove it in the future
