12 Hole mod -- requires 1" hole saw
Polish your carb slides
Trim your carb springs
Jet your carb -- about $15 in jets
Plug Boot Mod -- around $13 in parts
Carb coolant hose removal -- you need a few vaccuum caps
Crossover Intakes -- some copper tubing and some windshield silicone approx $20
EPI Pink primary spring -- $20

That will get you started.
Those are some of the free/cheap things you can do.

Thats the beauty of these machines, the homebrew mods that WORK!

Do a search for each of these mods in this forum. It should keep you busy this weekend. :D

With that custom air box the only way to get your jetting right is with an air/fuel meter.
With the 12 hole, its been done over and over. With a list of your mods and altitude someone here can jet you close to where you should be.

Perform a search on this and all your questions will be answered.

Also, check out Kawasaki KFX 700 V-Force Page for some how-to's.

Post #7 gives you a link of some for sale on here---Good deal---Your doing so many things so fast---It's hard to say what you need---You would have needed 180-185 jets but now you've done the crossover mod---So yes you'll need bigger---Drilled probably at 7/64---Hope it all comes together smoothly for you.

with that air box u will probably need larger than 5/64 (kiehin 200), 3/32 may do it. theres a drill bit n jet conversion chart. with crossovers u also need larger pilot jets. most use 42's u may need larger as well due to your airbox. itll be intresting to see what that airbox does over the 12 hole. also cut the baffle out the airbox if u already havent.

and wot do you mean by mean cut the baffle out the airbox ?????
is it some special area on the airbox or just another opening

and I'm planing to build custom dual exhaust do i have to redo avery think again ?????

don get me wrong guys I'm not cheap i just like to make staff but some times i have to bay

When you do the 12 hole mod, you end up plugging the origional intake, inside the arir box you will see a baffle towards the front of the inside of the air box. sinply cut it down so that the 12 hole can work the best with out impeding air flow. I used needle nose and broke a little at a time, but a dremmill tool would do a cleaner job. Here is a pic of a 12 hole mod, you can see also that they plugged the old intake.

put bungs on your custom pipes for sure---With custom air flow and custom pipes and mufflers---There is no standard to follow--You'll have to tune by A/F readings.
Every time you post you've got a new idea---Hard guy to keep up with:p:p
