sealing your belt cover

to help keep water out of your belt area. clean the area were your cover mounts to the engine, and clean the rubber seal and use some clear silcon let it sit for abit then install dont torqe the cover bolts down yet let it sit for an hour or two then torqe then down to spec. this will help keep water out. also clean the intake air tube and the inside of the cover where the tube mounts and do the same there.. it will help keep things clean and dry.

put it together correctly and it doesnt need anything added to it. The oring seals it up nice.
