Does any body have the chart that shows what dynojets are equal to in the Keihin jets? I'm getting rid of the dyno jet kit I have in my bike and putting in Keihin main jets. If I remember right I think dynojet 165 is equal to like a 182 keihin jet.

I FOUND THIS MUCH BUT I WOULD LIKE TO FIND THE REST OF CHART THAT GOES UP TO KEIHIN MAIN JET SIZE OF 200. I THINK THE DYNOJET 165 IS GOING TO BE EQUAL TO THE KEIHIN 180 MAIN JET WHICH I THINK IS PRETTY CLOSE TO WHAT I NEED. I HAD A BUNG WELDED ON MY MUZZY PIPE TODAY SO I CAN HOOK UP THE LM-1 METER TO IT TOMORROW.

Dynojet/Keihin Conversion table:
122 135
124 138
126 140
128 142
132 145
134 148
136 150
138 152
142 155
144 158
146 160
148 162

I just installed a kit like that and ended up using 152-155 main jets 38 pilots and 1 shim under the needle.

stock airbox

it has a slight stumble down low and I was thinking of trying the DJ needles

either that or more timing. a key with the CDI

I don't. but if the Timing advance don't work. I'll give them a shot. according to the a.f meter all is as good as it can get.

he's running the stock CDI on a built motor in a brute 750 and it runs like a turd on the low end. mid and top are fine. 0-15 mph.

In the carbs Springs are stock and so are the needles. most I do have drilled slides and the DJ springs.

I tried my Dyna off my prairie and it really helped. but I wan't giving it up after it's worked flawlwess for 4-5 years already.

I just didn't have enough time to Dyno it and spend the time that was needed on it. I got the full kit off of Glenn on Monday and he was there to pick the damn thing up Wednesday morning.

so I had 1 full day to build and tune it.

I live in southern Ohio probally close to sea level, but I'm putting in an AMR 750 kit. I have the twin air power flow kit w/ the ehs lid w/ the new ehs cover on it. I also haven't got around to closing the stock air intake hole in front of the box, should i close it or does the extra air help. I have the dyna fs, full muzzy pipe w/ no head work and currently just have dyno jets and dyno springs in my carb thats all i used out of the jet kit. I just had a bung welded on my pipe so I'll be able to hook up the Lm-1 air/fuel meter to it to get a precise jet. So u don't think I need to go to 40 on the pilots?
