Franks is great but I think I like cholulas (sp) better.

This is my favorite hot sauce. In a 1 to 10 scale I would say it's 6 on the heat scale but the flavor is a ten.
It has a little bit of garlic in it,that tastes awesome
Most Oriental stores have it,but there are fakes to look for,they are not near as good.

Howdy guys,
Down here in south Texas we live on all manner of hot sauces. There is a new pepper from India called Ghost Pepper. I dont remember but it is quite a bit hotter than a habanero. Our stand bys are Daves Insanity, Endorphin Rush, and After Death. Here is a site which has more different sauces than any I have found.

I like that as well. it's thicker and not as runny. good on Pizza



Hottest stuff I ever seen was called Satan's Blood. it was like 99% pure extract capsaizin. looked like thick oily blood.



they said it makes insanity sauce look like baby food.



the hottest peppers around here are the savina and the jalokia. you can make some REALLY BAD Home made Mace with them and a hand held supersoaker and some extra virgin Olive oil.

Back in the day when I could eat anything hot, and thinking about it, it was before the internet. :lol: There was a place I used to order from called "Mo hotter, Mo better" That if it is still around would be a great place to checkout stuff as they explained their product so you wouldn't get in too deep to fast.

:lol: I was eating at one of the local Mexican resturaunts and when they brought out the chips and salsa, I asked the waiter if they had any hot salsa. He grinned and said he'll be right back! He sat down some salsa and I scooped me up some on a chip and as soon as I stuck it in my mouth, my tongue went numb! :lol: I thought to myself, damn this is going to hurt in a minute! :lol: and it did!
