Check the slack in your throttle cable...make sure they aren't routed-around something that shouldn't be as well.

 

Why did you replace the carb?
Did you put an identical factory carb back on?
And as above, make sure the cable isn't too tight.

 

So i recently replaced the carbs float needle and gasket as it was leaking badly after that I had no leaks.. when I go to start it the atv it will instantly rev to the moon I can’t get it to go down it revs badly I have to shut it off right away I’ve checked my adjuster for the gas and all those little things and no luck.. could I of maybe messed up the throttle cable?
